Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@enjoyinshopping.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to update your address before the order ships.
